Position Title: Strategic Planning Analyst Intern

Duration: (3-6 months) Adjustable based on program

Type: Internship (Full-time)


Objective of the Internship

To support the Corporate Strategy and Business Development team in strategic planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to the business decision-making environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining corporate strategic plans, including internal and external analysis.
  • Conduct economic, energy, and industry trend analysis to support business forecasting.
  • Support business modeling, financial modeling, and valuation exercises.
  • Contribute to the preparation of business opportunity assessments, investment cases, and project portfolios.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for business reporting, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Participate in risk assessments, merger and acquisition studies, and strategic partnership evaluations.
  • Help develop business intelligence dashboards and data-driven insights.
  • Support stakeholder mapping and assist in organizing meetings with internal/external parties.
  • Engage in project management support tasks, including tracking milestones and compiling documentation.

Qualifications

Final-year undergraduate or fresh graduate from following major / study:

– Business,

– Economics,

– Finance,

– Industrial Engineering,

– or relevant disciplines.


Software Proficiency: MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau, basic SQL, familiarity with financial modeling tools.


Language: Proficient in English (written and verbal). Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus, as the role involves liaising with Indonesian stakeholders.
