Job Description
- Lead the company's commercial and growth strategic planning process.
- Develop sales forecast models and commercial performance analyses.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, new products, and new revenue channels.
- Structure and track commercial KPIs and sales performance indicators.
- Support executive leadership in setting goals, annual planning, and strategic reviews.
- Conduct market, competitor, pricing, and industry trend analyses.
- Develop business cases for new projects and growth initiatives.
- Partner with the commercial team to optimize processes and sales productivity.
- Structure dashboards and executive reports for decision-making.
- Lead strategic projects that impact growth, profitability, and commercial efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience with business data and metrics.
- Experience in strategic project management and interaction with executive leadership.
- Excellent communication, influence, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
