Strategic Planning & Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Strategic Planning & Process Engineer to join our leadership team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


This position plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational performance, and leading cross-functional projects that directly impact business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.


What You'll Do
  • Support the development and execution of strategic business initiatives.
  • Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead process improvement projects across multiple departments.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor project execution and measure results against business objectives.
  • Evaluate staffing, production processes, inventory, and resource utilization to improve operational efficiency.
  • Design and standardize operational procedures and best practices.
  • Create executive dashboards, reports, and presentations to support leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
  • Coordinate strategic projects while collaborating with operations, engineering, finance, and leadership teams.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, process improvement, project management, or operational excellence.
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
