Strategic Planning Representative

Participates in developing and implementing strategic planning initiatives in support of DLA Distribution immediate and long-range efforts.

Analyzes and revises short and long-range plans, programs, and objectives, recommending modifications to ensure the best possible level of support to the customer.

Establishes and maintains critical relationships with other supply chains to DLA Regional office and major subordinate command groups to plan and assess requirements and identify opportunities in the region.

Makes recommendations for new business and management approaches leading to process improvements that satisfy mission requirements.

Evaluates operating systems that track distribution and facilities planning in a rapidly changing environment.
