Strategic Project Manager

Summary

Lead Quick-Commerce transformation projects end-to-end, managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder communication within CX & Service Operations.

About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to join the CX & Service Operations Quick-Commerce Marketplace on our journey to lead and coordinate transformation and strategic projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Quick-Commerce related projects and initiatives end-to-end, from initiation through implementation.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Create and maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across CX & Service Ops and the broader organization.
  • Provide regular readouts and status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Manages resources, timelines, and budgets effectively, ensuring projects meet objectives, stay on track, and are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ensures messages are delivered effectively and fosters open communication to promote collaboration.
  • Able to create clear readouts, slides, and communication plans.
  • Demonstrates a results-driven approach.
  • Takes initiative and acts decisively to move projects forward, with a focus on achieving goals and resolving issues promptly.
  • Skilled in identifying, managing, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns to maintain buy-in and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates strong time management and adaptability to changing demands, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track, and report on project progress.
  • Understanding of change management principles and methodologies, with the ability to lead and support teams through transition.
