As a Strategic Project Manager within our Transformation Office, you will help deliver strategic initiatives through effective planning, collaborative working, strong stakeholder engagement and a focus on achieving meaningful business outcomes.In this role, you’ll help cross-functional teams of various sizes execute high-value projects and have the opportunity to work closely with our executive leadership team to enhance internal operations and enact meaningful change by developing, managing and monitoring cross-departmental projects that drive long-term business value. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognise measurable outcomes and real impact.What you’ll do:Lead special projects identified by the Executive team as critical to NAVEX’s strategic prioritiesPartner with stakeholders to understand objectives, define success measures, develop delivery plans and work toward solutionsCollaborate with executive management to identify desired strategic outcomes, and implement changesFacilitate project governance, progress reviews and problem-solving sessions to ensure projects remain on trackPrepare clear project updates, recommendations and presentations for executive leadershipDevelop and maintain project plans, including timelines, dependencies, risks and key milestonesBuild effective working relationships across departments to drive collaboration and successful deliveryIdentify, assess and mitigate project risks, developing strategies to anticipate and overcome obstaclesAct as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycleContribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management practices within NAVEXWhat you’ll bring:Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experienceProfessional project management certification (e.g. PMP) desirable5+ years’ experience managing large, complex transformations as a consultant or in a corporate environmentExperience supporting business transformation, systems implementation or process improvement initiatives would be advantageous; Lean process methodologies a plusStrong ability to scope, prioritise and manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneouslyAnalytical and structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating workshops, meetings and decision-making forumsDemonstrated success pushing teams toward decisions and building alignment stakeholdersSelf-motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectivelyExperience using AI/AI agents to accelerate execution and drive outcomesAdvanced proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomesAdaptable, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentA commitment to acting with integrityCulture Agility.
