GDH is seeking a motivated and analytical Strategic Projects and Analytics Intern to support
initiatives that enhance efficiency, performance, and operational readiness across its diverse
portfolio. You will work closely with the Transformation Program Manager and business
stakeholders on projects spanning people, process, and technology. This internship is ideal for
students interested in analytics, strategy, process improvement, digital tools, and enterprisewide transformation.
Key Responsibilities
• Transformation Support: Assist in auditing current business processes and support the
development of recommendations on areas suitable for transformation.
• Project Management: Help implement and track initiative progress across scope, timing,
and outcomes using collaborative tools.
• Performance Tracking: Support the development of KPIs, dashboards, and other metrics
to monitor project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Change Management & Communication: Contribute to internal communications, process
documentation, and training material for end users adopting new systems or workflows.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional meetings and support alignment
