Rocksol, a Lochner company is recruiting for a Strategic Senior Project Manager in Colorado. The ideal candidate will build and strengthen relationships with the municipalities, CDOT, local governments, and regional partners while expanding RockSo/'s transportation presence throughout Colorado.

Your Impact
- Lead and grow RockSol design practice across Southern and/or Western Colorado, providing technical leadership and strategic direction.
- Serve as the Engineer of Record, leading the design and delivery of transportation projects for CDOT, municipalities, counties, and other public agencies.
- Build and strengthen relationships with the municipalities, CDOT, local governments, and regional partners while expanding RockSo/'s transportation presence throughout Colorado.
- Lead project pursuits, develop winning strategies, and secure new transportation work through strong client relationships and technical excellence.
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, while ensuring successful project delivery.
- Mentor and develop engineering staff while building a high-performing design team.
- Collaborate with RockSol's Construction Management, Inspection, Materials Testing, and Geotechnical teams to deliver practical, construction-focused transportation solutions.
