procurement performance, reducing costs, strengthening supplier relationships, and driving sourcing excellence.</span></p><h3><span style="font-size:18px;">Strategic Sourcing & Procurement</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Execute end-to-end sourcing projects including RFx events, supplier evaluations, benchmarking, and negotiations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Identify qualified suppliers and develop sourcing strategies to meet business objectives.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Analyze supplier proposals and provide data-driven recommendations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Lead competitive bidding processes, e-auctions, and supplier selection activities.</span></li><li><span For</span></h1><h3><span style="font-size:18px;">Qualifications</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, RFx processes, auctions, or procure-to-pay operations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience managing sourcing projects from initiation through supplier selection and implementation.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management best practices.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size:18px;">Language Requirements</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Fluency in English and Spanish is required.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Portuguese proficiency is highly desirable.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size:18px;">Technical Skills</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience with ERP, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Ability to analyze
