- Business Partner Support: Support business partners with sourcing objectives and supplier needs by leveraging the Intake-to-Contract process, assisting in contract negotiations for relevant categories, acting as the lead for assigned contracts, and summarizing negotiation results in deal summaries for senior leader approval.
- Category Strategy & Roadmaps: Build comprehensive category strategies across all assigned areas, understanding supply markets to optimize supplier capabilities at national and regional levels, and build strategic sourcing roadmaps in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Cross-Departmental Spend Optimization: Identify and optimize leverage spend opportunities across departments for both the US and Canada, Sephora Global, and LVMH to reduce total costs for the broader business while supporting the Senior Manager across categories- including Creative agencies, Influencer marketing, Events, Production, Branded goods, and Media—while identifying leverage spend opportunities to reduce total costs.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of proven success across end-to-end strategic sourcing engagements.
- 5+ years of sourcing experience with marketing categories across goods and services, preferably with a North American retail organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced analytics, Excel, PowerPoint presentation, data visualization, and sourcing tools skills.
- Hands-on experience using employee collaboration, procure-to-pay, vendor management, and contract lifecycle management software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
