'ROLE:
• Manage inbound and outbound goods efficiently, ensuring stock levels remain accurate.
• Develop and put in place strategies for inventory optimization.
• Coordinate administrative activities related to the role, including product creation, order placement and invoice validation.
• Track each order from creation through to its arrival at our warehouse (reception).
• Monitor and oversee inventory management systems.
• Manage service levels and stock turnover.
• Optimize purchasing to prevent stockouts and reduce turnover days.
• Work with other teams to ensure stock integrity and meet operational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles (preferred).
• Analytical skills for interpreting stock data and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in service level control.
• Experience in negotiating with suppliers.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
