About OnebyZero
OneByZero is a Frontier Systems Integrator building agentic AI systems for leading banks, telecommunications companies, insurers, and retailers across Asia Pacific. We work on high-impact problems for institutions operating the financial and digital infrastructure of the region.
What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Have
- Lead discovery sessions and process-mapping activities for client engagements. Understand current workflows, decision points, operational inefficiencies, data flows, and risk areas to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Support the development of value cases by quantifying business impact across areas such as cost reduction, productivity improvement, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
- Design agentic workflows in collaboration with Architects and Engineering teams. Define workflow logic, required data inputs, human review checkpoints, expected outputs, and success metrics.
- Create functional specifications, BRDs, user stories, workflow documentation, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can clearly execute.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure business requirements are translated into intuitive and high-quality user experiences.
- Use AI tools and AI-assisted development platforms to prototype workflows, validate outputs, and demonstrate concepts to stakeholders before engineering implementation begins.
- Use ALM tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements, defects, test cases, and project documentation.
- Develop functional test plans, test scenarios, and test cases, and participate in functional and system integration testing activities.
- Contribute to engagement case studies by documenting business outcomes, measurable impact, and client success metrics.
- Support pre-sales activities, including discovery workshops, proposal inputs, and value case development for prospective engagements.

- Ability to support the development of structured, measurable business value cases with clearly defined business outcomes.
