What are your contributions to the team?

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the aerostructures sector (metal or composite part fabrication, surface treatments, assembly, design, testing, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the aerospace industry.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management teams to develop technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Bombardier’s manufacturing services.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to guide development strategy.
  • Prepare presentations, service offers, and commercial proposals.
  • Contribute to achieving the company’s growth and profitability objectives.
  • Available to travel and meet customers and develop business.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a degree in engineering, business administration, or strategy.
  • You have five (10) years of experience in business development or in procurement, ideally in the aerospace or manufacturing sector.
  • You have a solid understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and equipment, assembly methods, and aircraft components.
  • You are recognized for your leadership and strong ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and influence others.
  • You are bilingual (French and English). Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
  • You are autonomous, innovative, and dynamic.
  • You are highly organized, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
