Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced strategy & innovation associate (UAE national) who will support the director in research, analysis, and coordination of enterprise-level strategic and innovation initiatives. The associate will be highly analytical and intellectually curious with structured exposure to corporate strategy, market positioning, and enterprise growth initiatives within a technology-driven environment. This role is structured as a development pathway for future strategy and growth leadership positions within the organization, providing exposure to enterprise-level strategic initiatives and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities
Strategic research & market analysis:
Conduct market research, industry scans, and competitive benchmarking.
Support preparation of strategic landscape assessments and trend analysis reports.
Track macroeconomic trends, analyst insights, and competitor movements.
Assist in developing structured strategy presentations and executive summaries.
Analyst & ecosystem support:
Support coordination of analyst engagements (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, etc.).
Compile research summaries and briefing notes for leadership.
Assist in drafting positioning materials and industry engagement documents.
Track key industry events and ecosystem developments.
Innovation & growth support:
Assist in evaluating new service opportunities and adjacent market expansion areas.
Support development of structured business case inputs and financial assumptions.
Conduct preliminary research on partnership and expansion opportunities.
Coordinate cross-functional inputs for strategic initiatives.
Strategic initiatives & corporate support:
Support strategic initiatives in collaboration with the CEO office and group strategy team.
Assist in research and coordination related to inorganic growth and potential M&A opportunities.
Contribute to market intelligence development and competitive positioning analysis.
Support preparation of briefing materials for analyst, consultant, and regulatory engagements.
Executive presentation support:
Prepare structured PowerPoint slides and executive-level summaries.
Translate research findings into clear, concise, insight-driven narratives.
Support scenario analysis and data consolidation for leadership updates.
Qualifications & skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, research, analytics, or similar analytical roles.
Internship exposure to strategy, finance, corporate development, or technology sectors is advantageous.
Experience in PowerPoint-intensive roles preferred.
Strong research and structured analytical capability.
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation storytelling skills.
Strong written and verbal communication ability.
High attention to detail and organizational discipline.
Ability to work independently with guidance.
Curiosity about technology, cybersecurity, and market dynamics.
