Strategy and Operations Manager
You will own strategy and operational execution for the Structured Products vertical. You will coordinate complex product deals across origination legal and compliance structuring and technical deployment. You will align engineering product and commercial stakeholders manage timelines and risks build operational playbooks and translate financial requirements into technical specifications for high-value asset tokenization.
Responsibilities
- Build the end-to-end strategy and operational execution for the Structured Products vertical
- Coordinate complex product deals across origination legal and compliance structuring and technical deployment
- Align Engineering Product and Commercial teams on deal timelines dependencies and risk mitigation
- Build and refine operational playbooks for structured product launches
- Translate financial requirements into clear technical specifications
Requirements
- Exposure to structured products investment funds alternative assets or capital markets
- Significant experience in strategy operations product consulting or a related role within financial services or a technology-driven environment
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle including pre-trade execution settlement post-trade lifecycle management and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience building or improving operational processes in fast-growing or early-stage environments
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives independently
