Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own a broad mix of business problems from diagnosis through delivery, working side by side with senior leadership. The scope spans operations, product collaboration, commercial work and company-level planning in a small, fast-moving team.

What you'll do

- Spot and resolve process bottlenecks, including helping guide a sizable offshore operations group.

- Work alongside engineers to convert manual workflows into automated ones.

- Set up the management rhythm, key metrics, dashboards and financial models that inform leadership decisions.

- Back the sales effort with enablement materials and support for senior commercial hires.

- Drive priority cross-functional projects covering planning, hiring, investor-related support and revenue work.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Several years in an analytical or operating role, such as consulting, finance or a business operations team at a growing company.

- History of taking projects from start to finish and defending the reasoning behind your recommendations.

- Ability to talk through past projects in depth, including the problems you solved and the choices you made.

- Openness to feedback and willingness to change your mind, with a collaborative, humble approach to debate.

- Sound analytical thinking from first principles and clear, original written communication.

- Ability to work on-site five days a week in New York City.

Bonus points

- Prior exposure to healthcare technology companies.

- Early-career experience in operations or commercial roles at a startup.

- Base salary: USD 140,000 to 200,000 per year
