Strategy Associate / Expert (m/f/n)
Your responsibilities
- Strategic analyses across InPost Group’s markets, incl. assessment of InPost’s business units performance, market size, structure, evolution, profitability, key trends (consumer, merchant, regulatory), competitive environment, etc.
- Financial analyses to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives (develop business cases, run stress tests, prepare scenarios, etc.)
- Preparation of corporate strategy, business unit / growth strategies, market entry strategies (organic & M&A) across InPost Group’s markets along with the implementation plans and performance management framework
- Tracking and reporting market and corporate performance across strategic KPIs and recommending changes to strategy as required
- Presenting recommendations and engaging in deep strategic discussions with the senior leadership team

- Proactive, highly autonomous and result-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, including vis-à-vis senior stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or strategy department of a large corporation
- Optional
- Fluency in Polish will be preferred, although not a strict requirement
- Professional working proficiency in any of: French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch
- Familiarity with the logistics, e-commerce, or technology industries
