The Overall Purpose
We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of our agile data team in the EV and Energy Network sector. Your mission is to build and own the reliable, well-modeled, and tested data foundation that powers analytics across the organization. You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformation layers in the cloud, turning raw retail and user behavioral data into trusted, analysis-ready datasets — the single source of truth that empowers analysts and stakeholders to make confident decisions and shape our AI-driven strategies.

Requirements (Must Have)

• A desire to work in a collaborative, intellectually curious environment.
• Experience: 3+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or BI/Data Analytics with a strong data-modeling focus.

Technical Stack

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including performance tuning and complex data modeling (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery SQL).
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines on a major cloud platform (GCP or AWS) with a Cloud Data Warehouse (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift).
• Experience with a transformation framework (e.g., dbt) and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Cloud Composer, Cloud Scheduler).
• Proficiency in Python for pipeline development, automation, and data manipulation.
• Version control (Git) and engineering workflows; familiarity with CI/CD for data engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) to support and validate the analytics layer.
• AI/ML Familiarity: Interest or experience in leveraging AI/LLMs to enhance data workflows.
