Strategy Center_Retail FP&A Analyst (台北)

Position Impact
We are seeking an experienced Retail Financial Analyst to join a dynamic team within a leading, fast-evolving company. The analyst will serve as a key business partner to Retail Operations teams, providing deep financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and C-level executives. The candidate will monitor store-level profitability and optimize retail operational efficiency.The candidate should have demonstrated business partnership skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, effectiveness in influencing decisions, and action and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial results review for retail business, perform deep-dive variance analysis, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals
• Maintain store-level P&L models and track key retail performance indicators to monitor store profitability.
• Own the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for retail operations.
• Conduct financial evaluations for store network decisions, including new store openings, lease renewals, store relocations, and store closures.
• Prepare and present insightful executive reporting packages and financial recommendations to cross-functional business partners and C-level executives.

Qualification

• At least 3 years of FP&A experience, preferably with exposure to retail store operations.
• Strong expertise in retail financial metrics and store P&L economics.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Excellent cross-functional partnership skills; proven ability to influence business leaders with data-driven insights.
• Proactive, curious, and resilient in navigating fast-paced environments and managing deadlines.
