Growth Marketing sits inside the Protect Engage business unit and turns product value into measurable, scalable revenue. The team has five pillars: Go-to-Market Strategy, Regional Marketing, Paid Media, Account-Based Marketing and Inbound SDRs. The role You will lead Go-to-Market Strategy for the Protect Engage business unit and decide where we play, who we target and how we win. Today our ICPs and personas exist, but we need someone who sharpens it into clear priorities, use cases and value propositions that sales and marketing can act on. You report to the Head of Growth Marketing and lead and coach the GtM specialists. You are the senior GtM counterpart for Product, Sales, Partnerships and Regional Marketing. The role is based in Belgium, with occasional international travel. What we mean by GtM strategy GtM strategy is how we take a product to a market and win there: where we play, who buys and why, what we offer them, how we reach and sell to them, and how we measure success. For example: AI-native companies, such as AI app builders and voice AI platforms, are growing fast. You would work out what they need, where our products fit and how we should sell to them, then turn that into a plan sales and marketing can run. Often there is no playbook yet: you build it. Key responsibilities Set GtM strategy and priorities Define the GtM priorities for the next 6-12 months across Protect and Engage: segments, verticals, countries and priority use cases Answer "where do we win first" with clear, data-backed choices, and say what we stop doing Build GtM strategies from scratch for new segments, such as AI-native companies Own segmentation, ICPs and value propositions Own segmentation, ICPs and personas, and keep them current Define priority use cases per industry and a clear messaging hierarchy, from core message to industry narratives Build differentiated value propositions and competitive positioning Lead product launches and strategic initiatives Shape the GtM plan for new products and launches with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing and Sales: target accounts, channels, sales motion and success metrics Bring the GtM view into product planning (PI planning, roadmap reviews) Equip sales and marketing Give sales clear pitch decks, sales plays, case studies and testimonials focused on customer problems Give Regional Marketing, ABM and Paid Media the priorities, audiences and messages to build campaigns on Bring the customer and market voice in Own customer feedback: run interviews, market research and an Executive Advisory Board with key customers Track the market and competitors, and feed insights to Product and leadership Lead and coach the GtM team Coach and develop the GtM specialist, raising the bar on strategic thinking and structure Set the GtM way of working: templates, intake and prioritisation of requests, and clear handoffs to execution teams Requirements 10+ years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, strategy consulting or growth roles in B2B tech, SaaS, API or telecom businesses Proven record of designing GtM strategies from scratch for new segments, markets or products, and seeing them through to measurable pipeline or revenue Strong structured thinking: turns ambiguous questions into clear choices, frameworks and recommendations a leadership team can decide on Deep experience with segmentation, ICP and persona definition, value propositions and competitive positioning Comfortable getting to grips with fast-moving new markets, including AI-native and developer-led companies Credible with senior stakeholders in Product, Sales and leadership; able to challenge and align them Experience coaching or managing marketers or strategists Fluent English, written and spoken Strong plus Experience in CPaaS (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, voice) and Digital Identity (verification, authentication, fraud prevention, Network APIs) is a major advantage.
