Strategy Manager
Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we’ve doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever.
AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere.
Traditional security wasn’t built for this - so we’re building it, protection that sees the person, connects all the dots - and stop attacks and scams wherever vector they come from.
And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning!
So what’s the job?
We're looking for a Strategy Manager reporting to the Director of Strategy, working directly on the company's most important strategic questions: where to play, how to win, and how to tell that story to boards, investors, and partners.
This is a thinking-and-crafting role, not a process role. You'll spend your time on market analysis, strategic ideation, financial modeling, and executive-grade materials - the work that shapes leadership decisions rather than tracks them. You'll operate with significant exposure to the CEO, CTO, board members, and top-tier investors.
The ideal candidate comes from venture capital, top-tier management consulting, or investment banking - someone who has evaluated markets, built investment theses, and produced materials that hold up in front of the most demanding audiences.
What You'll Do:
- Drive strategic analysis on Guardio's biggest questions: new markets, new products, competitive positioning, and M&A/partnership opportunities
- Build board decks, investor materials, and partner-facing presentations that shape high-stakes conversations
- Develop market maps, competitive intelligence, and industry theses across consumer security and adjacent spaces
- Build financial and business models to pressure-test strategic options - from new product lines to partnership economics
- Support corporate development and fundraising workstreams end-to-end: research, analysis, materials, and meeting prep
- Ideate alongside the leadership team - bring an outside-in perspective and challenge assumptions with data
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3-6 years in venture capital, management consulting (MBB or equivalent), investment banking, or a corporate strategy role in high-growth tech
- Exceptional analytical - comfortable going from ambiguous question to structured thesis, model, and recommendation
- Top-tier presentation and storytelling skills - you've built materials for boards, investment committees, or C-level clients
- Strong financial modeling fluency - unit economics, market sizing, scenario analysis
- Intellectual curiosity and strong commercial instincts - you form views on markets and defend them
- Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable producing polished, external-facing materials
- Thrives in ambiguity and moves fast without sacrificing rigor
