We're looking for two data-driven professionals to strengthen our analytics capabilities, from uncovering strategic business insights to building reliable and scalable data solutions.

We're hiring for two distinct positions:

1. Strategy & Operations Analyst

2. Analytics Engineer

Each role has its own responsibilities and technical requirements, but both contribute to driving better business performance through data.

1. Strategy & Operations Analyst

Turn Data into Insights. Turn Insights into Action.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze external market data, industry trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

• Analyze internal operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across manufacturing and business processes.

• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.

• Support initiatives related to customer growth, cost optimization, and production capacity planning.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Metabase.

• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in business analytics, strategy, operations analytics, or similar roles.

• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy).

• Solid understanding of statistics and analytical methods.

• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.

• Portfolio required (GitHub, personal website, or PDF), demonstrating analytical, data visualization, and critical thinking skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in forecasting, trend analysis, and hypothesis testing.

• Familiarity with Metabase or similar BI tools.

• Interest in manufacturing or supply chain operations.

2. Analytics Engineer

Build Reliable Data. Enable Better Decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and develop our existing data warehouse to support business analytics.

• Clean, transform, and model data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

• Improve data processing workflows and develop scalable data models.

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Metabase.

• Collaborate with business teams to translate operational needs into effective data solutions.

• Support analytics initiatives related to customer insights, cost optimization, and production capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, data analytics, or similar roles.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL.

• Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool).

• Intermediate proficiency in Python.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data transformation, and data modeling.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business understanding.

• Portfolio required (GitHub, personal website, or PDF), demonstrating data modeling, analytical, and data visualization skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Odoo data structures, modules, or reporting.

• Familiarity with machine learning.

• Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools.

• Interest in manufacturing or supply chain operations.
