About the role
As an Operations Analyst Intern, you will participate in real projects within a young, dynamic, and international environment. You will have a key role supporting process optimization, internal operations, strategic data analysis, and project management, contributing directly to the growth and efficiency of Hello Watt.
What you'll do
Support the optimization and documentation of internal processes.
Analyze operational and financial data to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects for
Perform data analysis for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate in the development, monitoring, and analysis of indicators (KPIs).
Identify improvement opportunities in workflows and operational metrics.
Contribute to the management of relationships with strategic partners
What we're looking for
Final-year master's student, eligible for an internship agreement.
Academic background in: engineering, Project Management, Processes, operations, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Reside in Valencia__
Languages: native Spanish and intermediate or advanced English B2, C1, C2
Experience: Having at least 6 months of previous experience will be valued.
Ability to analyze different operational, commercial, and business data.
Advanced proficiency in analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, with desirable knowledge
Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or automation tools is desirable.
Understanding of business management, strategy, and profitability concepts.
Ability to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Knowledge in project planning and control.__
