Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, resourceful, and highly driven Strategy & Operations Associate / Analyst to support management across business strategy, operations, market research, presentations, partnerships, and project execution.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and help turn ideas into real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Planning
- Conduct market research on new countries, industries, competitors, partners, and business opportunities.
- Prepare business plans, strategy documents, internal proposals, and management presentations.
- Support expansion planning for new markets, products, partnerships, and business lines.
- Analyse business performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, efficiency, and execution.
Operations & Project Execution
- Assist management in coordinating cross-functional projects across operations, finance, HR, business development, and technology.
- Follow up with internal teams, external vendors, partners, and clients to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Help improve internal workflows, reporting systems, documentation, and SOPs.
- Track key initiatives, deadlines, action items, and management priorities.
Presentations & Documentation
- Prepare professional presentation decks for investors, banks, landlords, partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Draft business proposals, meeting notes, reports, emails, and company documents.
- Convert ideas and discussions into clear, structured, and actionable materials.
- Maintain organised company documentation and project folders.
Business Development Support
- Assist with client research, outreach preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up.
- Support partnership discussions with hotels, landlords, airports, banks, vendors, and technology partners.
- Help prepare materials for commercial negotiations, proposals, and strategic collaborations.
Analysis & Reporting
- Build simple financial models, business cases, cost comparisons, and operational reports.
- Track performance metrics and prepare management updates.
- Summarise complex information into clear recommendations for decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business analysis, corporate development, startups, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong ability may also be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable preparing PowerPoint decks, Excel analysis, reports, and business documents.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow through independently.
- Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Able to handle both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn.
