Strategy & Operations

Open 24d

Summary

Strategy & Operations role at Guac, an AI-driven grocery platform, where you’ll own cross-functional initiatives to deploy AI solutions for major supermarket chains and shape the company’s future.

Guac is building the AI platform for grocery.

We started with forecasting and replenishment, helping grocery retailers order and produce the perfect amount of inventory using our proprietary AI forecasting algorithm. Since then, we’ve evolved into the AI-first operating system that powers grocery retail operations.

We’re now helping major supermarket chains in the US and Canada process billions of dollars of inventory. We’ve scaled to 7-figures in ARR, and we’ve raised $7.2M from top investors like Y Combinator, 1984 Ventures, and Collaborative Fund.

We've brought together an extraordinary team from Palantir, BCG, Oxford, Cambridge, and MIT to solve intellectually challenging problems and tackle food insecurity and waste with technology.

We're looking for exceptional people in NYC to join our mission and build the future of grocery.
