Strategy & Operations Manager Sr-Beijing
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of key corporate initiatives and projects.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and key milestones to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and align stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
- Support business decision-making through strategic analysis, business insights, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Independently lead ad hoc projects and special assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, including at least 5 years within a commercial organization.
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and business analysis capabilities.
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and business operations.
- International working or assignment experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and business writing skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across functions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, innovative, and a strong team player.
