Turing is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Frontier Data Operations team. This is a high-impact, execution-oriented role focused on identifying, shaping, and delivering strategic initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires a combination of structured problem solving, operational excellence, and strong cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with teams across Go-to-Market, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Finance to align stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and deliver initiatives that move key business metrics. We are looking for someone who has consistently translated strategy into execution and delivered meaningful results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
What You'll Do
- Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from opportunity identification and business case development through execution, measurement, and scale.
- Define initiative goals, success metrics, expected business impact, and decision frameworks to evaluate progress and outcomes.
- Develop execution plans with clear milestones, dependencies, risks, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Partner closely with stakeholders across GTM, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Finance to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and drive successful delivery.
- Monitor initiative performance using data and operational metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously optimize execution.
- Establish scalable processes and operating mechanisms that improve cross-functional coordination and operational efficiency.
We're Excited If You
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity with minimal direction.
- Take ownership of outcomes and have a strong bias toward execution and delivering business impact.
- Enjoy building structure from complexity and can independently drive initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Balance analytical rigor with pragmatism, using data to inform decisions while maintaining execution velocity.
- Are an effective communicator who can influence stakeholders across technical and business functions.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
- Are resourceful, adaptable, and willing to dive into operational details whenever needed to ensure success.
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of experience across high-growth startups (preferably at the intersection of technology and operations), with at least 2+ years in management consulting.
- Demonstrated experience owning and driving complex cross-functional initiatives as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Python, Excel, or similar tools to support operational decision-making.
- Experience in Strategy Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, or other cross-functional operating roles is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- MBA is a plus.
