Strategy & Planning Manager (Smart Supply)
Turn Client Goals into Winning Strategies: Translate client objectives into data-driven programmatic supply strategies, building scalable recommendations that maximize campaign performance and business outcomes.
Own the Proposal Process: Lead the development of RFPs, RFIs, and complex client briefs in close partnership with Growth and Strategy teams, delivering thoughtful, high-quality proposals from intake through completion.
Build Executive-Ready Proposals: Create compelling proposal decks across display, video, native, and other programmatic channels, including supply recommendations, inventory forecasts, bid guidance, audience strategies, and budget allocations.
Research and Curate Supply Opportunities: Explore inventory, audience, and marketplace availability across SSPs, DMPs, and data providers to develop scalable targeting recommendations and high-quality sample inventory packages.
Collaborate to Bring Plans to Life: Partner closely with Ad Operations, Technical Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to validate feasibility, support deal setup, and help resolve inventory or audience activation challenges.
Drive Operational Excellence: Build and maintain reusable planning resources, including inventory libraries, audience documentation, case studies, competitive insights, and knowledge base materials that enable team efficiency and consistency.
2-3+ years of experience in programmatic media, including planning, supply strategy, Ad Operations, platform-side media, DSP/SSP or a related field.
Experience supporting sales enablement through RFPs, RFIs, proposal deck development, forecasting, packaging, and client-facing materials.
Strong understanding of programmatic inventory and deal execution, including PMPs, brand safety, contextual targeting, supply quality, and inventory validation.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with English proficiency (B2+)
