Job Description

The Strategy and Governance Manager serves as the strategic execution and governance in charge to the group, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and sustainable operating practices. The role is responsible for driving strategic planning, performance monitoring, stakeholder alignment, governance oversight, and executive visibility of key initiatives. Working closely with leaders, enterprise strategy partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, the role ensures that programs, capabilities, and transformation initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities and deliver measurable business value.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution

• Facilitate annual planning, quarterly reviews, and strategy refresh exercises.
• Translate strategic objectives into execution roadmaps, initiatives, milestones, and success measures.
• Monitor execution progress and drive issue resolution and escalation where necessary.

2. Performance Management and KPI Governance

• Partner with leaders to develop, review, and govern KPIs, OKRs, and Balanced Scorecard metrics.
• Ensure performance measures are aligned with enterprise objectives and business outcomes.
• Lead performance review cycles and identify improvement opportunities.

3. Governance and Operating Model Alignment

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, decision-making structures, operating models, and RACI matrices supporting initiatives.
• Ensure key processes are documented, reviewed, and continuously improved.
• Coordinate governance forums and action tracking.

4. Executive Reporting and Strategic Insights

• Develop executive presentations, strategic updates, and management reports for leadership review.
• Translate operational metrics and program updates into decision-ready insights and recommendations.
• Support leadership discussions through strategic storytelling and analysis.

5. Stakeholder Engagement and Cross-Functional Alignment

• Act as the primary strategy and governance liaison between the group and key enterprise stakeholders.
• Align priorities, dependencies, and shared initiatives across technology, AI, cybersecurity, risk, and business units.
• Facilitate governance reviews, working groups, and strategic discussions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, or process optimization roles.
• Proven track record in leading AI-driven projects with measurable business results.
• (Advantageous) Demonstrated expertise in driving process improvements using AI tools and technologies.
