Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Stream Lead to lead the analysis and configuration design workstream for an IBOR implementation programme. The successful candidate will drive solution design, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of the functional workstream.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the IBOR functional workstream throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive business analysis and configuration design activities.
Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
Define solution approaches and configuration strategy.
Collaborate with business users, architects, and technical teams.
Oversee functional deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Support testing activities and production readiness.
Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members.
Ensure project milestones and quality standards are achieved.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience leading IBOR implementation or transformation projects.
Strong experience in business analysis and solution design.
Hands-on experience with configuration design within investment management platforms.
Strong understanding of investment operations and front-to-back workflows.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience leading global or distributed project teams.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience as a Stream Lead, Functional Lead, or Delivery Lead.
Experience within asset or investment management.
Consulting experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
