Strong Middle Business Analyst [E-commerce]

We're seeking an experienced Middle Business Analyst with strong e-commerce knowledge to become part of our team.

In this position, you'll serve as a liaison connecting business requirements with technical execution, partnering with stakeholders to develop marketplace platforms and digital experiences. The right candidate has practical experience across both B2C and B2B e-commerce platforms and excels in a dynamic, fast-changing setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business team to gather insights into business needs, goals, and workflows
• Lead interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gather thorough and precise business requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish business requirements, guaranteeing that business objectives align with technical implementations
• Convert intricate technical ideas into accessible language for non-technical audiences
• Develop flow charts, documentation, and visual aids to enhance clarity around requirements
• Handle numerous requirements and competing priorities simultaneously across active projects
• Adapt flexibly to uncertainty and shifting business priorities
• Perform effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards

Requirements

• 3+ years working as a Business Analyst on e-commerce or digital transformation initiatives
• Background in digital marketing (including content management systems, PIM, DAM, and similar tools)
• Solid grasp of marketplace platform capabilities and e-commerce fundamentals
• Practical experience with both B2C and B2B e-commerce platforms, along with a clear grasp of their distinctions and complexities
• Skilled in techniques for gathering requirements, building flow charts, and documenting requirements
• Strong analytical thinking paired with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Clear communication abilities to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Solid organizational abilities for handling multiple requirements and priorities at once
• Background working within Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with tools for managing and visualizing requirements (such as Jira and Confluence)
• Adaptable and flexible, capable of managing ambiguity and evolving business priorities
• Capacity to perform under pressure and hit deadlines, showing resilience in a rapidly changing environment
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above
