Strong Middle JS Full-Stack Developer
Summary
Mid-level full-stack JavaScript developer on BIScience's Kyiv team, building and maintaining ad-intelligence/analytics products day to day. Core stack is Angular on the front end and Node.js with JavaScript/TypeScript on the back end, plus contributing to architectural decisions.
BIScience is looking for a strong mid-level JS Full-Stack Developer (Angular, NodeJS, JavaScript) to join the Kyiv team on a full-time basis.
BIScience offers business intelligence solutions for online advertising activities. Our solutions maximize our clients' profits by providing insights and analytics of their online presence compared to specific competitors and entire market segments. All our solutions are secure, reliable, intuitive, and usable. BIScience offers flexible packaging to accommodate the needs of small and medium businesses as well as large enterprises.

- Develop and maintain existing projects
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technologies for new and existing projects
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, HTML/CSS
- 2+ years of experience with Angular
- Hands-on Linux experience (SSH, log analysis, setting up and maintaining builds)
- Git, Jira, Confluence
- Familiarity with Agile development frameworks
- Good level of English (both spoken and written)
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, ChatGPT) and their plugins/connectors to debug and solve development issues
Nice to have
- Experience with browser extensions development
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with Express.js
- Experience with NoSQL DBs (MongoDB, Redis)
- Experience with SQL DBs
- Experience with online advertising/ad tech
- Academic IT education at the master's level in Computer Science or Engineering
