Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Strong Middle/ Low Senior Project Manager to lead complex software development projects from discovery through delivery. You will work closely with clients, engineering teams, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, transparent communication, and predictable delivery.
In addition to project ownership, you will contribute to improving delivery practices, project governance, and operational excellence across the organization.

Project Delivery

You will work closely with clients, engineering teams, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, transparent communication, and predictable delivery.
In addition to project ownership, you will contribute to improving delivery practices, project governance, and operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Project Delivery
- Manage multiple software projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
- Own project scope, planning, timelines, budgets, and risk management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Design, BA, and DevOps.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build trusted relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Lead project status meetings, demos, and executive reporting.
- Drive alignment between business goals and delivery priorities.
- Participate in continuous improvement of project management processes.
- Support KPI tracking, project health reviews, and delivery reporting.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives such as ISO certification and process standardization.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in software development.
- Experience in Web3, Blockchain, Fintech, Crypto, or AI projects.
- Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing client-facing projects.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English.
- PM certifications (PMP, PSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Experience with delivery metrics, process improvement, or ISO-related initiatives.
