Strong Middle-Senior Business Analyst [E-commerce]

We are looking for a Strong Middle-Senior Business Analyst with solid e-commerce expertise to join our team.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to shape marketplace platforms and digital experiences. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with both B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the business team to understand and analyze business needs, objectives, and processes
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to elicit and capture comprehensive and accurate business requirements
• Work with stakeholders to define business requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders
• Create flow charts, documentation, and visualizations to support requirement clarity
• Manage multiple requirements and priorities in parallel across ongoing initiatives
• Navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing business priorities with flexibility
• Deliver under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce or digital transformation projects
• Experience in the digital marketing domain (content management solutions, PIM, DAM, etc.)
• Strong understanding of marketplace platform functionalities and e-commerce concepts
• Hands-on experience with B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions, clear understanding of the differences and complexity
• Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, flow-chart creation, and requirements documentation
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requirements and priorities
• Experience with Agile framework
• Experience with requirements management and visualization tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Flexible and adaptable, able to navigate through ambiguity and changing business priorities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
