Structural BIM Specialist – Vendor Track (Work, Learn & Transition to Staff)
About the Role
Work on large-scale BIM projects, developing and coordinating structural models and construction documentation for complex facilities and buildings. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality drawing packages, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in technical discussions in English, and ensuring deliverables meet project standards with minimal QA/QC comments.
You'll work closely with BIM coordinators, project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and clients, contributing to the successful delivery of fast-paced projects while managing priorities, deadlines, and communication proactively.
Requirements
Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Architect, or related degree, with structural design or documentation experience.
Professional experience using Revit for structural modeling and construction documentation.
Ability to produce complete drawing packages with strong attention to detail and minimal QA/QC comments.
Strong understanding of structural systems, construction documentation, and BIM workflows.
Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
Experience managing deadlines, communicating project progress, and identifying issues proactively.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Experience using BIM coordination or task management platforms such as ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), BIM 360, ClickUp, or similar.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, including the ability to actively participate in technical meetings conducted in English.

Experience working on U.S.-based projects.
Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection workflows.
Experience in clean rooms, semiconductor facilities, or tool installation projects.
Experience reviewing drawings and project documentation for quality and accuracy.

Knowledge of industry standards and BIM best practices.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.
