STRUCTURAL CAD ENGINEER
Job Description:
- Create shop drawings based on client given information, specifications, calculations and drawing to incorporating all details of shop drawings.
- Ensure the drawings in keeping with company standards.
- Understand Company welding details and nesting details.
- Provide MTO based on drawing details
- Develop and maintain drawing numbering system and proper control of revisions.
- Maintain and manage all drawing files, perform updates and revisions as needed, and implement corrections accurately and promptly as directed by the Section Head or Leads.
- Explain drawings to Production or Construction teams and provide adjustments if necessary.
- Coordinate with team members and other discipline
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years of experience in Marine Offshore projects
- Work in an environment with schedules and priorities
- Hand on knowledge on Auto-cad is essential
- Material management with nesting plan preparation
- Willing to take any job when assigned
- Able to use AVEVA & Tekla software
