Structural Design Engineer

About the Role In the first few months, you'll play a key role in designing innovative structural solutions for high-rise and commercial buildings that meet rigorous standards. What You'll Do - Design and analyze structural systems for high-rise and commercial buildings using advanced engineering principles. - Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of structural elements in building designs. - Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and project approaches. - Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications for construction documentation. - Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design intent during the construction phase. - Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and best practices to enhance design processes. What We're Looking For - Proficiency in structural design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of building codes and regulations applicable to high-rise structures. - Experience with various materials including steel, concrete, and composite structures. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in design execution. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across multiple disciplines.
