  • Manage and coordinate external design consultants and monitor the timely implementation and closure of technical comments and recommendations
  • Coordinate with architectural, MEP, façade, interior design, landscape, project management, procurement, cost management, planning, and facility management teams to ensure fully integrated design solutions
  • Lead structural discipline coordination within BIM processes and support the resolution of multidisciplinary design clashes and interface issues
  • Review structural systems including reinforced concrete, steel, composite, precast, post-tensioned and foundation solutions to ensure optimal structural performance, constructability, durability, and cost efficiency
  • Evaluate structural solutions related to high-rise buildings, deep excavations, waterfront developments, temporary works, and complex construction methodologies where applicable
  • Coordinate structural interfaces with façade systems, vertical transportation systems, major MEP installations, and other specialist disciplines
  • Propose value engineering solutions to optimize project cost, performance, sustainability, and delivery
  • Identify technical risks related to structural design, constructability, site constraints, coordination, and project delivery, and recommend mitigation measures
  • Review and support the development of technical scopes of work, consultant briefs, RFPs, and procurement documentation for structural packages
  • Support authority approval processes and coordinate technical submissions with relevant stakeholders and consultants
  • Ensure structural design solutions consider construction methodology, sequencing, temporary works requirements, and site-specific constraints
  • Coordinate structural fire design requirements with relevant consultants and authorities
  • Present design options, technical recommendations, and project risks to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of internal design standards, guidelines, and technical processes
