Structural Designer

About the role

AgioGlobal is selecting a Senior Packaging Structural Designer to drive Packaging and POS projects from conceptualization to industrialization, working within a 360º proposal model that integrates design, materials, manufacturing, project management, and point-of-sale installation.

What you'll do

Design and develop innovative, functional, and industrially viable packaging and POS structures.

Lead project development from conceptualization to industrialization,

Select and optimize materials and production processes, incorporating criteria of

Develop and validate prototypes, samples, and physical tests.

Resolve technical challenges and optimize designs for processes such as die-cutting, folding,

Research and apply new materials, technologies, and trends in packaging.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and act as a technical reference in projects.

Present and defend proposals through renders, technical drawings, prototypes, and

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural packaging design.

Experience in project development from concept to manufacturing.

Proficiency in 2D/3D design tools, especially ArtiosCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Rhino

Solid knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of eco-design, sustainability, and new materials.

Own vehicle.

Nice to have

Experience in sectors such as cosmetics, pharmacy, food/gourmet will be valued,

Specialized training in packaging, sustainability, or innovation will be valued.

Knowledge of generative AI tools applied to design and project development will be valued.
