Description

We’re hiring one Structural Engineer and are open to a range of experience levels — from 4+ years to 15+ years. This role is licensure-required (PE), and compensation will be tailored to the experience, licensure, and project leadership the successful candidate brings.

Whether you’re a licensed PE ready to take on more ownership, or a seasoned structural engineer looking to lead complex projects with real autonomy, we want to hear from you.

The Structural Engineer will be responsible for the structural design and analysis of building, light-industrial, and public-works structures. Depending on experience, this role may lead design production across multiple concurrent projects, prepare and review calculations and construction documents, and coordinate with civil and other disciplines to deliver accurate, code-compliant, constructible designs — with growing opportunities for construction administration, client coordination, proposal development, and mentorship as you take on more ownership.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform structural design and analysis for building, light-industrial, and public-works structures

  • Prepare and review calculations, specifications, and construction documents

  • Coordinate with civil teams and other disciplines to deliver integrated, code-compliant designs

  • Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure quality and code compliance

  • Support construction administration, including review of shop drawings, response to RFIs, and site visits

Depending on experience, this role may also include:

  • Leading design production and execution across multiple active projects

  • Managing schedules and budgets to meet project deadlines

  • Assisting with proposal development and client coordination

  • Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development

  • Serving as the primary client-facing technical lead on assigned projects
