Structural Engineer (m/f/d)

Conceptual design and sizing of satellite structures, including definition of structural concepts, load conditions, feasibility assessments, and identification of critical areas Responsibility for structural specifications and support of systems engineering through load derivations and high level analyses at system and subsystem level Execution, verification, and assessment of structural analyses, including model creation, cost benefit evaluations, and optimization of structural designs Definition, planning, and technical execution of structural tests in cooperation with AIT, including test predictions, result evaluation, and documentation Technical leadership of a team of structural analysts and technical coordination and control of subcontractors in alignment with project and subcontract management Support of project management, review processes, bids, and technical studies, as well as maintenance of structural documentation and contribution to departmental processes, tools, and technologies
