Structural Engineer PE

We're looking for an experienced Structural Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) license to join our Vancouver, Washington team and contribute to a wide variety of projects throughout Washington and the surrounding region.

As part of our collaborative, full-service design team, you'll work alongside architects, engineers, planners, and designers to create practical, high-quality solutions for buildings that serve communities and businesses alike. From schools and office buildings to multifamily housing, hospitality, financial institutions, and retail spaces, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor structural design staff throughout project design and construction phases.
• Develop practical, efficient, and constructable structural solutions to meet project goals.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to develop structural concepts, systems, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, manufacturers, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure structural designs meet Jackola's quality standards and project requirements.
• Utilize industry software to analyze gravity, lateral, and foundation loading systems.
• Support construction administration activities and respond to contractor questions during construction.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through technical leadership and professional collaboration.
