Your Opportunity

Stantec's New York City office is seeking a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager with minimum of 5 years of experience on design and management of new Transit Oriented Development (TOD) projects within the New York City Metropolitan area. The person will be required to manage multi-disciplinary projects and coordinate directly with the developer client teams and the MTA authority having jurisdiction. Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design development for multi-disciplinary projects, including reviewing for multi-disciplinary coordination based on client standards and requirements.
• Manage projects for transit-oriented development projects.
• Manage and track financials of the project, including submitting invoices and Change Orders.
• Client coordination including coordinating submittals, meeting, review comments etc. Clients primarily include private developer clients.
• Authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) coordination including coordinating deliveries, submittals, meeting, review comments etc. AHJs primarily include public entities (i.e. MTA).
• Key responsibility includes acting as the main point of contact / liaison between the private developer client and AHJ client.
