Structural Engineer

About the role

Saitec is looking for a structural engineer for railway technical assistance in Montcada i Reixac.

"Consultancy and technical assistance services for the control and monitoring of the execution works of the Construction Project for the burying of the Barcelona R2 commuter line as it passes through the urban center of Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona) and the New Montcada i Reixac Station."

What you'll do

• Provide support to the Head of Structures in supervision tasks
• Collaborate in the supervision of the execution of all structures, including the inspection of excavations, steel placement, and concrete
• Participate in the quality control of the executed works
• Verify that the works are carried out in compliance with the applicable designs, standards, and technical specifications

What we're looking for

• Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works, Roads and/or similar
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in similar roles

Remarks

• Permanent seasonal contract for a project of approximately 4 years in duration.
• Salary between 22,000-28,000€ gross/year
