About ERA Structural Engineering

At ERA Structural Engineering, we believe great engineering creates value beyond the structure itself. Every decision starts with a simple question:

What solution creates the greatest value for the client and the entire project team?

We call that Think Beyond The Beam

Thinking Beyond the Beam means looking beyond the immediate task to understand what matters most. By understanding project goals and delivering practical, buildable solutions, we create value that helps projects succeed, builds trust, and strengthens lasting relationships.

Our Arizona office brings that mindset to a unique opportunity. As a growing office backed by the expertise, resources, and collaborative culture of an established firm, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact from day one. Here, ownership means taking initiative, contributing ideas, and helping shape the future of the office while creating lasting value for our clients, project partners, and teammates.

If you're energized by meaningful work, ownership, professional growth, and the opportunity to help build something exceptional, you'll find an outstanding opportunity at ERA.

ERA seeks a motivated Structural Engineer who is interested in growing a rewarding career. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for working with a variety of clients, including architects, owners, and contractors, to create structural designs and construction documents within a team setting.
