Our client is a leading design-and-build company with a strong portfolio of industrial, commercial and large-scale building projects. They are looking for experienced Structural Engineers to join their project team and work closely with consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate structural design and engineering works for building projects.
- Review structural drawings, calculations, specifications and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with Structural Consultants, Architects, M&E Consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
- Review structural proposals, shop drawings, method statements and material submissions.
- Provide technical support for RC, steel structures, foundations, slabs, beams and columns.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve structural design and construction issues.
- Coordinate structural works with architectural, civil and M&E disciplines.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities on design submissions and technical matters.
- Review RFIs, design changes, site discrepancies and as-built documentation.
- Support the Project Manager in achieving project schedule, quality and cost objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in structural design, building construction or design-and-build projects.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, warehouse or large-scale building projects is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of RC and steel structures, structural design and detailing.
- Familiar with Singapore codes and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; ETABS, SAP2000 or SAFE experience is advantageous.
- Strong technical, communication and coordination skills.

- Location: North West
- Working hours: 5.5 Days
- Salary: up to S$6,000, AWS and VB(Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
