Ability to work independently and follow supervisor instructions strictly.

- Apply structural steel erection skills to safely and accurately assemble steel frameworks on site
- Adapt work schedule to include after-hours, Sundays, or Public Holidays to meet project deadlines
- Upload necessary documentation or reports as required to support project tracking
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Follow supervisor instructions precisely to ensure compliance with project plans and safety protocols
