Structural Steel Foreman
- Developing plans, schedules, and quality control processes for projects
- Carry out daily site operations and supervise a team of structural workers
- Overseeing material and labour costs, and staying within budget
- Familiar with steel fabrication and installation
- Able to read and understand structural drawings
- Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitor structural and rectification works
- Ensuring all safety regulations are followed
- Motivating and managing workers to ensure tasks are completed on time and of the highest quality
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Documenting progress and reporting to management
- Trouble-shooting problems and assisting with technical issues
- Able to work for extended hours as per project requirements
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
