Role Summary

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Structure Supervisor to support a major FPSO project at TBY Yard. The role will be responsible for supervising structural fabrication and installation activities across assigned project areas while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise steel fabrication, assembly, and installation activities.
  • Ensure work execution complies with approved procedures and drawings.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment resources.
  • Conduct daily inspections and progress monitoring.
  • Resolve site construction issues and report project status.
  • Ensure compliance with project HSE standards.

Requirements

  • Technical Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of structural supervision experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills.

FPSO Experience

  • Previous FPSO, offshore, marine, or shipbuilding project experience preferred.
  • Experience supervising structural fabrication, assembly, erection, and installation activities.
  • Familiarity with classification society requirements and offshore standards.

Project Details

  • Duration: 12 Months
  • Location: TBY Yard
  • Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week, 10 Hours/Day
  • Annual Leave: 14 Days
