Role Summary

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Structure Supervisor (Tank / Main Deck) to support a major FPSO project at TBY Yard. The successful candidate will oversee structural construction activities related to tank areas and main deck structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and schedule objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee fabrication, erection, and installation of tank and main deck structures.
  • Ensure structural integrity and compliance with approved drawings.
  • Monitor welding, fit-up, and dimensional control activities.
  • Coordinate with blasting, painting, and inspection teams.
  • Track work progress and support schedule achievement.
  • Maintain compliance with HSE requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of structural supervision experience.
  • Strong understanding of tank construction, steel renewal, and deck outfitting works.
  • Familiarity with classification society requirements.

FPSO Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of FPSO, offshore platform, or vessel conversion experience.
  • Proven experience in tank fabrication, steel renewal, and main deck construction activities.
  • Experience working in shipyards or offshore fabrication facilities preferred.

Project Details

  • Duration: 12 Months
  • Location: TBY Yard
  • Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week, 10 Hours/Day
  • Annual Leave: 14 Days
